Newport Carnival always welcomes creativity and participants to join the carnival season.
Whether you like to build a float, dress up or even just assist with collecting money, everyone is welcome.
We have entries available for our Main Carnival, Illuminated Carnival and our Christmas Carnival.
The main takes place in July, Illuminated in August and Christmas in December.
