It was very much touch and go as to whether Newport Main Carnival 2024 would go ahead due to a very wet afternoon.
Spurred on with the fact our 2023 main carnival was cancelled due to weather warnings, strong winds and rain, we made the decision to go ahead and just hope the rain may stop in time… and it did!
Thank you to everyone who came, took part, supported and watched on at the 2024 main carnival.
