Newport Carnival mourns the passing of Cowes Carnival’s Bob Hammond
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Bob Hammond of Cowes Carnival who passed away at the start of February 2023. This week the Island’s Carnival Scene lost one of the nicest guys around. Bob Hammond was a long-serving member, organiser and float builder of Cowes Carnival.
